Operating COO at KodeKloud and cofounder of Deep Blue Tech. I write about how AI changes the way decisions get made, and the operating systems that hold a company together as it scales.

My work is primarily at KodeKloud, which teaches DevOps and cloud through browser labs to more than a million engineers. I cofounded DeepBlueTech a few years earlier. It runs computer vision in pools and on beaches to help prevent drowning. The writing here goes beyond those companies.

I write from inside the GCC operating context. Capital moves fast here, but the operating systems around it move slower. Senior rooms run on two languages, often inside the same hour, and that texture shapes the writing.

Teams are adopting AI faster than they're adapting the operating system around it. The public conversation mostly stops at the demo. I write through what comes after.

The memos run short by design. Most are under a thousand words. They draw on operator observation, and they publish when there's something worth saying.

This is for the operator or founder who has to make a call about AI before the data is clean and before the consequences are visible.

أكتب من داخل السياق التشغيلي في الخليج؛ من بيئة يتحرّك فيها رأس المال بسرعة، بينما تتحرّك أنظمة التشغيل من حوله بوتيرة أبطأ. في غرف الإدارة العليا هنا، قد ينتقل الحوار بين لغتين في الاجتماع الواحد، وتتغيّر معه طبيعة الكلام، ومستوى الصراحة، وطريقة بناء التوافق. هذا النسيج حاضر في ما أكتبه.

تتبنّى الشركات الذكاء الاصطناعي أسرع مما تعيد بناء أنظمتها التشغيلية حوله. كثير من الحوار العام يتوقف عند العرض التقديمي: النموذج، التجربة، والإمكانات. أما ما يهمني فهو ما يأتي بعد ذلك.

المذكرات هنا قصيرة عن قصد. معظمها أقل من ألف كلمة. تبدأ من ملاحظات تشغيلية، ولا تُنشر إلا حين يكون هناك ما يستحق القول.

أكتب لمن يحمل قراراً متعلقاً بالذكاء الاصطناعي قبل أن تكتمل البيانات، وقبل أن تتضح التبعات، وقبل أن تمنحه المؤسسة إجابة مريحة.
